"Indy 500 Cheese"
The sculpture is made of Indiana cheddar cheese and weighs nearly 1,300 pounds. The ADA commissioned the sculpture to celebrate the tradition of the Indianapolis 500 winner drinking milk in Victory Circle. Cheese artist Sarah Kaufmann says, "It's really neat".Link

Amazing. All that talent wasted on something perishable. Reminds me of those sand sculpture that wash away with high tide. I'd rather just eat the cheese.
