From The Winnipeg Sun
SAGUENAY, Que. -- A cheese company, that made headlines last year after losing 800 kilograms of cheddar in the Saguenay fjord, has succeeded in harvesting a second batch that was submerged last fall. The cheddar will undergo a battery of tests. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has prohibited the company from selling the product because it can't guarantee its safety. Quebec's Agriculture, Fish and Food Department has contended that the submerged cheese has been placed in an environment that can't be controlled. A year ago, professional divers were unable to find a first batch of cheese, valued at $52,000, that was submerged in 2004.
It turns out that selling $52,000 worth of Cheese isn't as easy as you would think.

Ten Cheeses to try before you die.
I've only had one of these. I guess I better catch up. I wouldn't want to die wondering.

Cheese Friday: Who knew?
From the seatllest.com
About two hours south of Seattle, just off I-5, sits the little hamlet of Toledo, which annually celebrates Cheese Days the second weekend in July. There's some historical background -- the festival honors a local cheese factory which closed its doors in the 1940s -- but mainly it's just an excuse for some small town fun: there's a parade, frog-jumping contest, golf tournament, kids' carnival, car show, quilt show and, yes, "cow plop bingo."
Okay, I'm making my resevations for next year now.

Who Got Paid To Do This?
At first I thought they trained the chimp to eat Cap'n Crunch™ and smoke a bong too.
I guess they're saving that for when they get more funding.
Next up: Scientists set out to prove that water is wet.
