UPDATED: CIRSF is the acronym for The Chicago International REEL Shorts Festival, a film festival that I have been involved with since 2004. Although I review films from my estate in California, I travel to Chicago for the screenings and other events. For the next 8 days I'll be posting from Chicago. ENJOY
