Update to my Christmas wish list: The number 1 spot is now this 99 Cheese Pizza.
Austrailian chef Johnny di Francesco from the Melbourne restaurant 400Gradi created the 8th wonder of the World and proved nothing is impossible. To make the masterpiece he first created a "super Cheese" by melting 94 Cheeses in a pot and eventually "blast chilling" them into one solid piece of cheese. Then he added five more Cheeses to the top of the super Cheese. Fior di latte, buffalo mozzarella, goat cheese, ricotta and shaved raspadura. The result according to Johannah Leggatt from the Guardian AU is, "Fantastic. Di Francesco has created a balanced and surprisingly nuanced pizza. It sounds like a supersized hot mess, the kind of novelty cuisine you might see on a menu at a suburban pizza and ribs joint, but it is anything but."
